Delete Your Account
IronTrex lets you permanently delete your account and all associated personal data — directly from the app.
Delete in the App

Open the IronTrex app and sign in to your account.

Open the menu (sidebar) and tap your profile or Edit Profile.

Tap Delete account.

Read the confirmation message, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code to verify your identity.

Your account is temporarily deactivated and you are signed out. You can recover it anytime within 30 days. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Restore a Deleted Account
Deleted your account? You have a 30-day window to change your mind. Log in with the same credentials and IronTrex will show a restore account pop-up. Tap Restore — verification depends on your sign-in method. After 30 days the account is permanently deleted.
Phone Number
An OTP is sent to your registered phone number. Enter the code to verify ownership, then your account is restored.

Restores instantly30-day recovery window: After deletion your account is temporarily deactivated. Log in any time within 30 days and tap Restore to recover it. Once the 30-day window expires, all account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
